A Whale of a Tooth Story--Or NotSep 28 2019

Baleen whales, including the gigantic blue whales and right whales, don't need teeth to feed on their prey.  

That is because they can filter feed on nutrient-dense plankton and krill.  What scientists are finding is that these fascinating creatures carry their entire medical history in their mouths.
